The Moscow Renaissance Fair has been a Palouse tradition for over fifty years. It's held in East City Park, and it brings together local artists, musicians, and food vendors for a two-day celebration that people really look forward to.
What makes this fair different
The Moscow Renaissance Fair doesn't allow "buy-and-sell" items. Everything sold here has to be made by the vendor. That rule has been in place for decades, and it's a big reason the fair has such a good reputation. If your work is handmade, you're exactly what this event is looking for.
A good fit for hand lettering
The Renaissance theme opens up some fun creative options. Medieval-style calligraphy, illuminated lettering, hand-painted scrolls, old-world inspired signs, they all work well here. It's one of the few events where historical lettering styles feel right at home.
